...Hm... Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne and Tokyo Mew Mew, both are shojo but I don't think you mind that do you?

In Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne, in my opinion, the manga is better than the anime though there are certain parts in the anime I like better...

Tokyo Mew Mew, I personally like the anime better but that's only because I'm a rabid PaixRetasu fangirl and they have... Well, not more because the manga doesn't really have them... Talk... At least I don't remember many words passing between them in the manga...

Well yeah... DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT watch Mew Mew Power, that is CRAP and 4kids does not know how to dub anime because they screwed Tokyo Mew Mew!

Tokyo Mew Mew is pretty much a rip off of Sailor Moon, an animal version that isn't as Mary Sueish as Sailor Moon... Well... Maybe about the same...

Okay, enough opinion... Have you tried Card Captors? Or Peta Ten? They're good too.

And SOS Brigade, I think is the name of it... Haven't seen it in a while and I didn't really understand it at all...

Hahaha, thanks for the suggestions! :] I've heard of TMM but always forgot to check it out, but I'll do it asap. And shoujou? Of COURSE I don't mind! Hahahaha. If you look at my list up there ^ you'll notice a bunch of shoujou stuff. ;]

I'll probably read it before watching just because it's faster and because I like knowing the real stories first, and if I watch, I'll probably try to find subs rather than dubs because I tend to not like English voices, except maybe for FMA and Inuyasha and sometimes Fruits Basket. ;] And considering I like Sailor Moon and Wedding Peach, I'm sure I'll like TMM too. :]

Never watch the dub for TMM... Ever... Unless you want to die of disgust... Everything... EVEN THE FREAKIN' NAMES!!

Ichigo - Zoey (is that so hard to pronounce? Ichigo?) 12/14 - 16 (that's the age change manga/anime - dub)

Minto/Mint - Corina (they made it harder) 12 - 16 (yeah, they like the age 16)

Retasu/Lettuce - Bridget (so she's a food... whatever) 13/14 - 16 (...)

Purin/Pudding - Kiki (@_@) 10/8 - 14 (wth were they thinking?)

Zakuro - Renee (just because she can speak french...) 17/18 - 17 (didn't really change)

Ryou - Elliot (WHAT DID THEY DO TO HIS NAME X_X) 14/16 - 18 (no... just no)

Okay, I'm done with my rant... Ask most TMM fans... We were disappointed on so many levels... So many... -twitch- If you watch it and then just LOOK at what I put again... You will understand. X_X

Oh look, I didn't finish.. As you can tell... I am a scary fangirl... I mean, Naruto's annoying with the whole 'believe it' thing and 'team preschool' but nothing is as bad as TMM... Well, maybe other things 4kids dubbed but they don't effect me as much. Wow, this is long.

hahahha so is the whole first chunk of this just the characters and how 4kids changed their names and ages in their dub? ;] that's why I don't like dubs, because they screw over the original stories and ideas of anime/manga, mostly as a censorship thing [they made Naruto say "believe it" because "dattebayo" has no direct translation, and they make Sakura say "cha" instead of "shannaro" because it translates to "fuck yeah", and so on]. even in Inuyasha, there's a lot of censorship changes. dubs try to make all anime for kids, but they don't realize that most anime is actually NOT for kids. ;] just because it's animation, it doesn't mean it's for children.

I'm fangirlish too. ;] so I understand your anger.

awesome, I'm glad you understand... But did they seriously have to change the names? Or the ages? No! -twitch-

Yeah, I don't mind that they censored Inuyasha some because the cussing was a little overused... But at least they didn't completely morph everything!

If you go on fanfiction you will probably not find many Mew Mew Power fans and if someone ever uses Mew Mew Power it is usually a meeting with Tokyo Mew Mew and TMM winning.

true, it sounds really random if you change the names. very unnecessary, and I don't see why they would do that...?

hahah I like the cursing in anime, and the violence too. I mean, it's never really that gory [except maybe the really action-y ones like FMA or something] but even in regular anime like Inuyasha or Naruto, there's a lot of violence that's cut out. same with kissing scenes and such [the one in Naruto is taken out and you just have to guess what happened]. idk, I don't like censorship haha.

considering I've never heard of MMP before but I HAVE heard of TMM, I think it proves TMM is more popular. ;]
